Our new Kid Librarian program has taken off! Several families have joined us for behind-the-scenes tours and a chance to be a kid librarian for a day by creating books displays and reviews.

As you read, discuss what’s happening in the book, point out things on the page, and ask questions.

Family Literacy Tip

Story in a Bag: Get a brown paper bag and fill it with 10-12 random small items. Pull out three items from the bag and set them in front of you. Use those items to write a story and/or draw a picture!
