During the COVID-19 pandemic it is important to support the community’s needs by providing resource information during this difficult time.

Click here to sign up for the COVID vaccine. Hoosiers age 70 and older can schedule a vaccination by clicking on the link or by calling 211.

PGTPL has created a COVID-19 Resources course with information to help during these difficult times. This tutorial course on explains how to apply for unemployment, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, food assistance, Family and Social Services Agency (FSSA) resources, and information on COVID-19. You can access this tutorial course here.

In addition, the Town of Plainfield is also coordinating a Resident Assistance Program along with Sycamore Services, Inc. to assist elderly and high risk residents by connecting them with resources to meet their basic needs such as groceries and medications.
