Hoopla now supports Amazon Alexa devices! You can play borrowed audiobooks and music albums directly on your Amazon Echo, Dot, Spot, and Show devices. Additionally, Alexa can tell you how many borrows you have left in the month, what you currently have borrowed, the Library’s phone number (if you need a person to talk with) and more! When listening to music from Hoopla, you can use “Alexa next” or “Alexa previous” to go to the next/previous tracks.
When asking Alexa to interact with Hoopla, phrase your command like this:
“Alexa, ask hoopla…”
