Yoga at the Library is back!
Namaste! Yoga at the Library is back! Join instructor Donna McFarland the first three Wednesdays each month as she leads participants in yoga poses to create a mind-body connection and improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class will last for an hour and 15 minutes and will be suited to all skill levels. Classes are $5 per person (cash only), which can be paid per class at the door. Please bring a mat, water, and be sure to wear comfortable clothes! Additionally, we suggest you not eat two hours before practicing yoga.
Each class is from 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.
