Kids Community Art!

Kids Community Art!

Kids Community Art is a quarterly drop-in project at the library. Kids create something, then take it home or leave it with us to become part of a bigger themed project.

In the latest project, My Plainfield, kids used paper, crayons, and glue to make a picture of their town. Then we displayed the pictures for everyone to see. The results were, of course, so interesting!

The next Community Art Project will start in late December, with a Winter Forest theme. Each child will decorate a tree, and the trees will be combined into a forest in mid-January.
