Welcome to the Children’s Room! From board books to STEM kits, our collections have something for everyone. With toys, computers, and educational activities, there are plenty of ways to learn and play while you’re here. Or you can attend one of our regular programs, such as weekday storytimes and after-school activities. Our digital resources include databases and downloadables for both parents and kids! We also offer resources for educators and homeschooling families. Whether you’re a first-time parent looking for ways to connect, or a fifth-grader writing a report, we’re here to help you find what you’re looking for!

Families are invited to join the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program at PGTPL! The 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program is a nationwide challenge that encourages parents and caregivers to regularly read aloud to their children.
