The computers at Plainfield-Guilford Township Public Library are free for anyone to use.

We understand you may need to print off directions, print an official document for your new job, or even print the report you prepared for history class.

More About Printing +

Before printing, preview your document to ensure it looks like what you want it to. It’s also important to note that you cannot print more than $5 at a time. You must pay $0.10 per page for black and white and $0.25 per page for color prints. The printer will require you to deposit change, bills, or swipe a credit card before it actually prints your documents.

If you would like to print from your personal laptop, click here to download the appropriate driver for your operating system. Please note that printing from phones and tablets is not available.

Getting Connected

Connect to the public wireless – the SSID is PPLPUBLIC. It is best to wait until the message “Additional login information may be required” appears.

Open a web browser – it will be redirected to the SPOT login page.

You must enter an identifier to use the wireless even if you don’t want to print. The identifier can be anything you want, any length. If you plan on printing, it should be something you can remember that someone else won’t accidentally enter.

Free Wifi

Whether you are trying to access the Internet from your phone or your laptop, you’ll be able to find whatever you’re looking for online.
