December 2025 Silent Auction

December brings us holidays, the end of the year, and new offerings in the Friends of the Plainfield Library silent auction.  For 2026 resolution making and goal setting, there are books about light and healthy cooking, fitness walking, and garden planning.  There are also albums for photos and other keepsakes, and journals for recording your thoughts.

Children’s books include two with 5-minute stories, one featuring Mickey Mouse and Friends and another with Marvel superheroes such as The X-Men, The Avengers, Iron Man and more.  The auction also has books with recipes and crafts for party planning American Girl style, and pictures and fun facts about dinosaurs!

Stop by the library lobby in December to see what might interest you.  Proceeds from the auction are used to support library programs.  The auction will end at 4pm on December 30 as the library will be closed on December 31.  Happy Holidays!
