National Library Week – “Why I Love My Library”
Do you love the library? Tell the world you love your library by participating in PGTPL’s “We Love Our Library” campaign in honor of National Library Week by sharing why you love your library.
Starting Monday, April 5 – Saturday, April 10, share a story about why you love your library on PGTPL’s Facebook page and enter for a chance to win a $25 gift card. Share a memory of going to your childhood library, or a more recent library experience that made an impression. Be sure to add #WeLoveOurLibrary to your post and share with family and friends.
Community members will share their stories about why they love their library on the library’s Facebook throughout National Library Week. Some have fond memories growing up and visiting libraries where they lived, and others have more recent library experiences that have made an impression.
Be sure to be on the lookout for “We Love Our Library” yard signs around town throughout National Library Week. They will be placed all over town so keep your eyes open. There may even be one on your street!
